If you haven’t used a buyer’s agent before, you may not know exactly how we can help you in securing property.
I’ll give you a quick example.
Last week we had a client, we were able to get a deal together for them and secure a great property for them. What they were after was, an apartment in a specific building on the southern end of the Gold Coast. When I started investigating that property and started trying to negotiate, it became clear that we weren’t going to be able to secure that property at a fair price. So what I’ve done is I’ve used all, the contacts we had and were actually able to give consideration to four more properties that were in that building.
At the end of the day, we were able to secure probably the best apartment in the building, way nicer than the original property and in better condition. In the end, wen were able to secure that property for $50,000 less than what we were expecting to have to pay.
When it comes to purchasing the right property, in the right location at the right price, you can gain far more by using a buyers agent than going it alone.
